With more than 25 years of experience with enterprise software, Mr. Walsh helps to ensure that RDC clients have the right tools to remain competitive and address rapidly evolving technology and business needs while delivering business friendly experiences to their customers. Mr. Walsh has served in a variety of B2B global and domestic customer markets including multi-national entities, large partnerships, small businesses, and government customer segments. His areas of expertise include guiding market expansion, customer engagement initiatives, and strategic product planning and development. Prior to RDC Mr. Walsh was CEO of Kaufman Hall Software where he led the rapid expansion of Kaufman Hall’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) financial suite of solutions across multiple industry verticals. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wyoming.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tom Fogarty has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, having held management positions with software, technology services and telecommunications companies, including Axeda Systems, Ravisent Technologies, DecisionOne, and Bell Atlantic (now Verizon). In his prior role at Axeda, Mr. Fogarty was Executive VP and CFO, responsible for Corporate and Business Development, Investor Relations, as well as all finance and compliance at the NASDAQ listed firm. His experience also includes CFO positions at Ravisent Technologies, DecisionOne, and VP-Finance at Bell Atlantic Business Systems services. Education includes both a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harris is responsible for financial strategy and management. He is a highly adaptive leader who is skilled at managing growth and brings deep technology expertise in financial systems and operations. Prior to joining RDC, he was the chief financial officer at Working Assets, where he implemented Oracle cloud-based order to cash processes. At Rand McNally, Mr. Harris helped drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through the company’s expansion into commercial navigation devices and software. Before Rand, he was chief operating officer at Harris Connect, which provides educational and affinity organizations with solutions to better engage their members and enhance fundraising. He has also worked at Marriott, Prudential, Pepsi and Citicorp. He holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton.
Chief Revenue Officer
Mr. India has deep experience in customer expansion through trusted relationships and cutting-edge technology. He comes to RDC from IBM where he was most recently the Vice President of Watson Financial Services Solutions. In that role, he was responsible for revenue and go-to-market strategy for North America Financial Services Solutions which included Risk and Compliance, RegTech, AML/KYC, Payments and Fraud, Client Insights and Cognitive Experience, and Sales Performance Management. Don is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Michael S. Kerman
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Kerman is responsible for all aspects of global marketing and execution. With 20+ years experience in world-class product and service organizations, he is a respected innovator with a proven track record of meeting revenue and customer satisfaction objectives by creating and marketing differentiated solutions. At Revitas, Mr. Kerman helped drive product and marketing efforts to drive profitable growth and delight Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Revitas, Mr. Kerman was the Director of Global Strategy and Solutions at CDI Corporation, helping CDI expand into higher-growth segments and markets. He has also held senior-level positions at SAP, Overland Storage, Computer Associates and Symantec Corporation. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Master-level training in Computer Science from Hofstra University and degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University.
Global Head of Strategic Relationships & Channels
Mr. Kupperman brings 20 years of B2B software and technology along with deep expertise in go-to-market and revenue cycle disciplines. He comes to RDC from Thomson Reuters where he was most recently the Vice President and Head of Go-to-Market for ONESOURCE, a $600M global tax technology business providing compliance and workflow solutions to global corporations, financial institutions and Big 4 accounting firms. In this role, Adam led channel strategy for the largest global partners as well as leading teams in customer retention, customer experience, sales development, sales training and sales operations. Previously, Adam held general manager and sales management positions in the Big 4 and enterprise accounting firm customer segments. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Rupert de Ruig
Managing Director – EMEA & APAC
Based in the UK, Mr. de Ruig has more than 20 years’ experience in the information industry at Thomson Reuters and Dow Jones and has worked with many of the world’s largest financial institutions and regulators on anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and risk management. Prior to joining RDC, Mr. de Ruig was Global Managing Director of the Dow Jones Risk & Compliance business and is a frequent speaker/contributor to numerous industry conferences and publications.
Vice President, Products
Mr. Zuck’s core focus is on defining market strategy, developing and delivering the product roadmap and leading operational and technological transformation. Prior to joining RDC, he spent 10 years as a management consultant with Ernst & Young, Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton advising global customers on corporate strategy. Alex graduated with a degree in Finance from the College of William and Mary.
Vice President, Talent Management
Ms. Reagan is a versatile human resources professional with hands-on experience in diverse industries operating over multiple states and countries. She is responsible for all aspects of RDC's talent acquisition, human resources, benefits, performance management and organization design and optimization. Previously, she worked at a number of organizations including Susquehana International Group and McKesson Health Solutions where she consistently enhanced organizational performance by aligning human capital plans to business outcomes as well a supported business growth with extensive background in M&A due diligence and integration management. Ms. Reagan is a graduate of Ursinus College and Villanova University.
